MPL
MPL is a free mobile gaming application involving real money. MPL features a variety of games and fantasy sports that one can place bets on and play. The MPL has been endorsed by one of the most famous Indian cricketers in the world, Virat Kohli.
THE GOAL
Based out of India and doing very well in the Indian market, MPL has recently launched in the US as well. The aim is to promote the app in the American market and attract new players.
THE STRATEGY
Since MPL produces real money, our strategy was to promote and highlight this fact about the app. We approached Thomas Petrou, JStu, and many such influencers to use the MPL app and promote it on their respective channels. In their videos, they talked about their real-time experiences with the app and how they won money. Winning real money by playing games is a dream of many, and these influencers told their audience that this dream can in fact be achieved. The result of the campaign was clear, on seeing the audience interactions with more than 5 million impressions.
